1. About the service
TokenomicsIQ is a diagnostic service operated by Neowise Ventures Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. The service is available at tokenomicsiq.ai.
These terms govern your use of our website and diagnostic service. By accessing the website or purchasing a report, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. The service is intended for business and professional users. By using TokenomicsIQ, you confirm that you are using it for business purposes and not as a consumer.
3. What the service includes
TokenomicsIQ provides a fixed-fee AI token spend diagnostic. The service works as follows:
- You export your AI API usage data from your platform (such as OpenRouter, TypingMind, or Portkey) and upload it to our service.
- We analyse the data you have provided and produce a written diagnostic report identifying patterns in your AI spend, inefficiencies, and ranked recommendations.
- We deliver the report to the email address you provide.
The report covers only the data contained in the file you upload. Our analysis is based entirely on that data. We do not access your AI platform accounts, billing systems, or any other data sources.
Report 1 is a baseline diagnostic. You upload your usage data file, and we deliver a full analysis.
Report 2 (optional) is a delta report. You resubmit your original data file alongside a new data file from a later period, and we produce a comparison showing what has changed, how recommendations have been implemented, and what further optimisation is possible.
Each report is a discrete engagement. We do not retain your data between reports. There is no ongoing subscription or monitoring service.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are as displayed on the website at the time of your order. Current pricing is:
- Report 1 (baseline diagnostic): $3,500
- Report 2 (delta report): $1,250
Payment is required before report delivery. We will confirm receipt of your order and data file by email, and will deliver your report upon payment being received and confirmed.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price change will not affect orders already placed and paid for.
If we are unable to produce a report from the data file you submit (for example, because the file format is unsupported or the data is insufficient to generate meaningful analysis), we will contact you to discuss options, which may include a refund or the opportunity to resubmit. We do not issue refunds for completed and delivered reports.
5. Your data and responsibilities
By uploading a data file to TokenomicsIQ, you confirm that:
- You own the data or have the rights and authority to share it with us for the purpose of generating your report.
- The data does not contain information you are legally prohibited from sharing (for example, data subject to confidentiality obligations that prohibit third-party processing without consent).
- If the data file contains personal data relating to individuals (such as user-linked API keys or request timestamps that identify users), you have a lawful basis for sharing it with us under applicable data protection law, and you have informed those individuals as required.
- You have the authority to receive and act on a diagnostic report relating to your organisation's AI spend.
You are responsible for ensuring that the data you submit is accurate and complete. Our analysis can only be as reliable as the data provided to us.
6. How we handle your data
We handle the data you upload with care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- Your uploaded data file is deleted immediately after your report is generated.
- Your generated report is auto-deleted from our systems approximately 15 minutes after delivery.
- We do not retain your data between report engagements.
- We do not use your data to train models, build datasets, or for any purpose beyond generating your report.
7. Intellectual property
What belongs to us
The TokenomicsIQ name, branding, website, report format, diagnostic methodology, and all related intellectual property are owned by Neowise Ventures Ltd or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of that to you.
What belongs to you
You retain ownership of the data you upload. We do not claim any rights over your underlying API usage data.
Your licence to use the report
When we deliver your diagnostic report, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that report for your own internal business purposes. You may share it within your organisation. You may not resell it, publish it as your own work, or use it to develop a competing diagnostic service.
If you wish to reference or quote the report publicly, for example in investor materials or press releases, please contact us first.
8. No warranty
We provide our service with reasonable care and skill. However, we make no warranty, express or implied, that:
- Our analysis will be error-free or complete.
- Our recommendations will achieve any specific outcome if implemented.
- The service will be available at all times without interruption.
- The report will meet any specific standard or requirement you have that you have not disclosed to us in writing before placing your order.
Our diagnostic report is an analysis based on the data you provide. It is intended to inform your decision-making, not to replace it. Business decisions remain your responsibility.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage arising from your use of the service or the report, including loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of data.
- Our total liability to you in connection with any report or engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that report.
- We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of our report, or for the outcome of implementing our recommendations.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use tokenomicsiq.ai or our service to:
- Upload data that you do not have the right to share, or that infringes the rights of third parties.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our diagnostic methodology for commercial purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the service or its infrastructure.
- Submit false or misleading information in the course of using the service.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an engagement if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.
11. Changes to the service or terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified by reasonable means. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice where possible. We are not liable for any loss resulting from changes to or discontinuation of the service, provided we have given reasonable notice.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer in another jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
